Kirk & Company Jewelers was founded by Dan & Rose Kirk in 1986 as Cincinnati Goldsmiths, Inc., a trade shop that worked for other jewelers.
As Cincinnati Goldsmiths, Inc began to grow, Dan and Rose moved the business to Batesville, IN, where they reopened and renamed the store Kirk & Company, a retail business that sold, designed, and repaired jewelry.
